A session for carers about wellbeing
Online
Steps to Wellbeing is the first in a series of three new eLearning modules about Carer Wellbeing. It focuses on five ‘steps’ that contribute to maintaining your day-to-day wellbeing: nutrition, exercise, sleep, relaxation and staying connected.
It’s an opportunity to work through the content in a facilitated group, with plenty of time to discuss the content and ask questions.
This is a complete session on its own but for those wanting to go further, it will also give you the confidence to explore the other modules on the learning portal in your own time.

PLEASE NOTE: This session will be held on Google Teams, which requires a google account to join. If you don’t already have one, please create one if possible before booking or at least a week before the session. An invite to the session will be sent to your google account at least two days before it starts. A video from Carers of Dundee on how to create an account and connect to these sessions will be available from October 12th.
If you’re having trouble getting set up, contact ellie.julings@dundeecarerscentre.org.uk for help.
